Slab on gradePrīmXComposite is a fully seamless, smooth, non-curling, crack-free concrete floor system made with zero shrinkage technology. PrīmXComposite makes it possible to cast indoor floors of unlimited size and geometry with no joints or saw cuts. Eliminating joints in concrete also means avoiding post-installation issues, such as damages slab curling and increased equipment maintenance.

Because of its large size and monolithic structure, PrīmXComposite Raft or Mat-Type Foundations under buildings are very stable. PrīmXComposite Raft is quick to install and provides a stable, stiff foundation that is water- and gas-tight. Raft floating foundations distribute the weight of the structure over the base of the entire building rather than at various support points. Floating foundations are shallow, making them ideal for rapid construction projects. We have made buildings of raft-type foundations easier and more efficient by using steel fiber-reinforced PrīmXComposite concrete instead of traditional steel rebar construction.

Slab on pilePrīmXComposite Slab-on-Piles concrete is fully structurally load bearing with free spans up to 20 feet or more between the piles. Often the best, most economical solution, Slab on piles is ideal where construction is required on weak subsoil in boggy areas, or on non-load bearing or damaged subsoil. Used in industrial buildings requiring floors of high load-bearing capacity, PrīmXComposite Slab-on-Piles is extremely durable.

Smooth PrīmXComposite Overlays have a thickness of 0.79 to 3.94 inches. Traditional, thin concrete overlays crack, debond, and curl at the edges. An economical solution, PrīmXComposite Overlays are ideal for use in warehouse, industrial, retail and other applications. PrīmXComposite reduces cracking and overcomes the issues present with traditional concrete.
